Lindner & van Maaren is a financial communications and investor relations specialist.
Lindner & van Maaren supports listed and unlisted companies in their investor relations and/or financial communication activities. We can provide a full range of efficient services or optimise activities on a project basis. We have the flexibility to adapt to the client’s strategic and operational needs.
(Inhouse) Investor relations:
For some of our clients we provide a full spectrum of investor relations services: developing policy, providing the tools (press releases, presentations, annual reports) and maintaining contacts with investors and the financial media. In doing so we strictly observe best practices and the prevailing legislation and regulations.
Communications advice:
We advise and support on all communications from the Board of Directors to the financial markets, and on translating these to other internal and external target groups. In doing so we keep a close eye on consistency and are careful to manage expectations. The motto is ‘Do what you promise’.
We provide our services both as an extension of the client based on a long-term relationship and on a project basis. As a sparring partner we provide continuity without losing the perspective of an outside observer.
Transaction communications:
We have extensive experience in capital market transactions, including IPOs, friendly and hostile takeovers, acquisitions and share placements. The intensity, complexity and above all confidentiality increases particularly in the case of transactions. We know the ropes. We are familiar with the regulations and relevant processes and are experienced in working with lawyers and bankers. We have the experience and expertise to get straight on the case.
